Completion of Alpha Season Two Apr 16, 2021

Third Sunday of Easter

Last Tuesday night, our second parish Alpha course came to an end after ten weeks of salubrious meals, engaging movies and great small group discussion.

25 terrific people completed the course which wouldn’t have happened without the generosity of both the 32-strong Intercessory Team – who were praying for individual participants – and the five-strong catering team of John, Jovie, Mercy, Trish and Maureen – who, week-by-week, cooked and served delicious, healthy food.

Friends, the fruit of Alpha is primarily changed lives through encountering the person of Jesus. The 25 participants not only had this opportunity but also made new friends, ate tasty food and learnt about their faith.

A special thanks to the Bible Society, who sponsored new Bibles for those who didn’t have one, and also the Alpha Team, who selflessly have of themselves in service to our Mission of Evangelisation.

If you would like more information about Alpha, simply email Jacinta at [email protected]

Our next Alpha course commences on Tuesday 13th July and registrations are open on the Mass booking page on our website (click here)
