Parish Record Sorting

Every parish has a responsibility to safely secure their archives. Up until now our Parish records, dating back to the formation of the parish in 1972, has been stored haphazardly in boxes under the church. Next year will mark the 50th anniversary of the erection of our parish and as we continue to grow and mature, it is important to provide a central location of all our records. As part of the refurbishment of the spaces under the Caloundra Presbytery a secure room has been built to house all our records and other items of significance for our Parish Family. What we need is a team to help sort through and collate our records – perhaps you would be interested in giving a bit of your time to accomplish this task?

For more information please contact Fr Peter.
