Count Me In!

Every couple of years the Australian Bishop’s Conference organises a Mass count across every Parish in Australia. These statistics, along with the Australian Census and other information help with future planning and the allocation of resources. With the projected growth on the Sunshine Coast these statistics are vital for our understanding what our Parish will look like in the future and the planning that needs to take place now so that we can embrace those pastoral needs and opportunities The count will take place over the weekends of May.

Heavenly Music

We are hoping that there is a musician in our Parish family who would be willing to help us on a Sunday morning at Our Lady of the Rosary. For more information please contact Fr Peter at the Parish Office [email protected] and we promise to sing extra loud if you give us the lead!

It Has Begun!

Last Wednesday night Jesuit priest and educator, Fr Richard Leonard launched this year’s Confirmation Programme by providing Confirmation candidate parents with a solid Catholic foundation which will assist them hand on the faith to their children.

Next weekend at Our Lady of the Rosary there will be the Rite of Enrolment as the Confirmation candidates continue their journey of preparation leading up to the celebration of the sacrament on 1st June. In the meantime, as a Parish Family we keep them and their families in our prayers during this time.
