ALPHA!

Who are you Inviting to Alpha?

Our Alpha course is starting in less than a week. Have you considered if it’s time for you or a friend to ask some questions and consider faith again, or for the first time.

The course will run :

Monday afternoon in Landsborough from 28th April 2-4pm,

and Tuesday evening from 29th April in Caloundra 6-8pm.

Registration is essential for catering purposes.  Click here to register and choose your preferred session.

Kingdom Kids Launch!

Kingdom Kids Youth Group is a new initiative in the parish, aimed at actively accompanying kids in Grades 4-6 to encounter Jesus in their lives.
The group will meet once a month on Tuesdays during school terms from 4pm – 5:30pm at Unity College.
These evenings are opportunities to hang out and explore the faith in an accessible way, participate in games and activities, engage with input that helps build understanding of who Jesus is in their lives, and build friendships with likeminded kids in the parish.
Our youth nights are for all students, regardless of their faith background and school.
Faith is a journey that isn’t taken alone – we are here to grow with you! If you’re interested in coming along, make sure to register via our Linktree here: C&F + Kingdom Kids 2025!

As the Lenten season is coming to an end, please return your project compassion Envelopes.

Dear Prayer Intercessors

We recently changed to sending out our prayer requests via Flocknote and unfortunately we lost a lot of you on the transfer over from the old system. If you have not been receiving the weekly Prayer requests and you would like to continue receiving it, could you please send an email to the office asking to be added to the list. Thank you and I apologise for the hiccup.  Regards Trish Harding.

Volunteer Needed

Are you proficient in the use of Canva? Are you available for a couple of hours each week? We would love to chat with you about a new volunteer opportunity in the parish office. Please contact Vicki or Amelia for more information, or email ca*******@**************et.au

A Year of Engagement

Lord God, I say yes to your will for me:

To live out my baptism in obedience to you.

As a member of our parish,

I commit myself to your mission of invitation:

To be vibrant like your Son, to extend myself in charity,

and to actively accompany people to encounter Jesus.

Who lives and reigns for ever and ever. Amen

On the Journey

We congratulate Brodie & Maddisyn Amsler, Ailani, Koa, Melia Wignall and Curtis Slater who will be baptised at Notre Dame Easter Vigil Mass this weekend. We also congratulate Matthew O’Shea who will be receiving all three sacraments Easter Sunday at Our Lady of the Way Landsborough.

We pray for all the families who have lost a loved one at this time, may their soul and the souls of our deceased priests, religious and parishioners Rest In Peace.
