A Two-Fold Call to Action

Are you aware that our Parish has an automated Prayer  Ministry?

We currently have 75 Intercessors in our parish who pray for Prayer Requests forwarded by parishioners each week. These Intercessors also pray for current Alpha participants. Every week, Prayer Requests are submitted either via the Parish Website Homepage or placed in Prayer Boxes in each of the 8 Community churches; the requests are then collated and redacted if needed before being emailed to the  Intercessors.

We have two opportunities before us: first, you are  invited to submit your prayer requests through either the website or a written note – which can also be anonymous if desired. Second, if you would like to join the Intercessors list – praying for others’ requests in the comfort of your own home – please register your email via the Parish Website.

We welcome your participation in growing this important Ministry so that prayer becomes the foundation of all missionary activity in our parish community – as it should be. Please pray that this Ministry becomes so dynamic and power-filled with the Holy Spirit, that it draws people into a personal encounter with the Risen Lord.
