How long have you been a parishioner?
I’ve been a parishioner at OLR for about 18 years.
Where is your place of worship?
At Our Lady of the Rosary at Caloundra attending 5.00pm Vigil Mass.
What is your favourite prayer/devotion?
The ‘Our Father’. It helps me strengthen my relationship with Jesus.
How do you like to live out your faith?
By giving back to the community; sharing and using the talents God has given me. I actively in the parish by being a leader and reading at Mass.
What is your experience of God’s love?
I’m a firm believer in listening. When I receive Holy Communion, I don’t badger God or ask for anything. After Communion, I listen to God, look to feel his presence and experience a sense of togetherness in His love.
What do you most enjoy about being a part of the parish community?
The friendliness of the people.
Faithful Servants is a regular feature of the ever-present ‘servants of the faith’ across our local parish community.
