Meet Dorothy Kay

How long have you been a parishioner?

It will be 19 years in October!

Where is your place of worship?

Our Lady of the Rosary Church, 9.30am Sunday morning mass.

What is your favourite prayer/devotion?

Praying the Rosary, reading the bible, and spending time with God in Eucharistic devotion.

Would you like to share your experience of God’s love?

I experience God’s love and presence in Praise and Worship.

 

What is your most important practice in ‘living your faith’ as a disciple?

I enjoy daily mass and prayer at home, as well as contacting a few people who need support and encouragement.
I also enjoy helping people who have questions about different aspects of spirituality.

What do you most enjoy about being a part of the parish community?

I enjoy the different programs that take place in the Parish, and being part of it, including leading the Charismatic Prayer Group.

The Catholic Charismatic Prayer Group gathers the 1st & 3rd Mondays of the month in the Parish Centre. For more information, please get in touch with Dorothy on 0403 175 714.
