Seniors Gathering November
Join us on Thursday, 12 November, at 10am in the Egan Room at Caloundra Church for our next Seniors Group gathering. Members of the Caloundra Family History Research Group Inc. will share an introduction to tracing your family history, exploring ways to uncover family stories, learn more about your ancestors and discover the history behind your family name. It’s a great opportunity to learn something new, share stories and enjoy a morning together. All seniors are welcome, so bring a friend and a plate to share for morning tea. We look forward to seeing you there!

St. Vincent de Paul Christmas Appeal
Next weekend, 14-15 November, marks our annual St Vincent de Paul Christmas Appeal.
Throughout the year, local Vinnies conferences provide vital assistance – food, support and care to families experiencing hardship as well as providing a meal every Thursday night at Happy Valley for the homeless. This Christmas Appeal helps fund Christmas Hampers, bringing a little extra hope, comfort and joy to those who need it most, especially children.
Next weekend, envelopes will be provided on the pews. Your generosity makes a real difference in the lives of others. Thank you for your ongoing support and compassion.

Our Parish proudly supports Rosies Friends on the Street through outreach activities. Inspired by the Gospel, Rosies reaches out to those most abandoned, offering presence, community and belonging.
Rosies is seeking volunteers to collect donated food from local businesses, sort and unpack food, and assist at the Rosies hub. The commitment is approximately 2–3 hours every four weeks, with Friday afternoon positions available. To volunteer, contact the Sunshine Coast Coordinator on 0488 760 123 or email sunshinecoast@rosies.org.au.

On the Journey
We pray for Archie, Sage & Myla Whiteley who will be baptised at Our Lady of the Rosary, Caloundra this weekend.
We pray for Robert ‘Bob’ Vigar, whose funeral will be on Thursday, 12 November at Sacred Heart Church, Maleny, and Deirdre Cassin, whose funeral will be held on Tuesday, 24 November at OLR, Caloundra. We also pray for all our recently deceased Priests and Parishioners. May the souls of all the faithful departed rest in peace.
A Prayer for November from Pope Leo
Lord, source of all abundance,
we thank you for the gifts you place in our hands.
Free our hearts from greed and selfishness,
and teach us to be wise and generous stewards of your grace.
Guide us to use what we have not for ourselves alone,
but for the common good and in true solidarity with those who have less.
May our resources bring dignity, hope, and love to our brothers and sisters.
Through Christ our Lord. Amen.
