Celebrating Our Parish Volunteers
National Volunteer Week is Australia’s largest annual celebration of volunteers and volunteerism. Last year parishioners contributed thousands of hours of their time and talent in support of our mission and each other. This year’s theme, Connecting Communities, acknowledges the power of volunteering to bring people together in unity – something we pray for every time we celebrate Mass. Thank you to all our parish volunteers for your continued connection and immeasurable impact. Together we will enable flourishing lives, foster thriving communities, and build a Christ-centred future for all our communities.

A Year of Engagement
Lord God, I say yes to your will for me:
To live out my baptism in obedience to you.
As a member of our parish,
I commit myself to your mission of invitation:
To be vibrant like your Son, to extend myself in charity,
and to actively accompany people to encounter Jesus.
Who lives and reigns for ever and ever. Amen

We congratulate Rylee Hancock and Rose & David Caughey who will be baptised at Caloundra this weekend.
We pray for Diane Lavering & Pamela Butler whose funerals will be at OLR 11am on the 23rd May & 27th May respectively.
We also pray for the souls of our deceased priests, religious and parishioners
Rest In Peace.
